The mustard recipe is part of the "Big project." We are working on the translation and redaction of a 14th century Neapolitan cookbook that, to the best of our knowledge, has never been worked before. We are in the process of putting all of the recipes together in booklet form, and will be selling the finished cookbook (at disgustingly low prices), to help fund the guild.
As for the dance performance, we plan to perform at the Festival of the Rose.
