OK, anyone who has known me for more than five minutes knows that I am a history nut, and I do a lot of historic recreation.
Yes... my name is Joe... and I am a geek.
I have never been into most "typical" interests. I have never been a sportsfan, for instance. Especially football. Too dirty... too intense.
BUT, thanks to my buddy Jack (yes, I'm giving you credit!), I now know that football existed within the Italian Renaissance in a different form.
Frankly, I don't know (or care) about how it was played. I'm just in awe of the pictures. The photos look so artistic... so fluid... soo... soo....OH HELL....SO HAAAAAAWT! SO FREAKEN HAWT! OMIGOD, these guys are hawtie STUDS. Oh, to have an access pass to that lockerroom!
