... it is my own fault, really. I should have forced the issue, gotten mad, settled things, and calmed down before going to bed.

Instead, I had a horrible, horrible night of restless tension. I feel absolutely wiped this morning, and am in a generally foul mood. I have waaaaay too much to do today to allow this to happen. Siiiiigh. At least I have yoga this afternoon. Hopefully, that'll get the bad outta my system.
