Mid morning update

Brrrrr!!!! My office is a freaken' ice box! Why do we keep it so cold in here? Is somebody storing meat in their office?

Well, after a tax-write-off day home yesterday, I am pleased to report that I feel MUCH better. I make a lousy sick person - especially when I feel too miserable to actually DO anything. Daytime television SUCKS! Thank the gods for Battlestar Galactica reruns.

I got the cloak done - woohoo! The cloak represents to me the end of the "projects that must be done by X date" that I have had in abundence lately. Unlike people who work well under pressure or under deadlines, I HATE it. I like having things done in advance with plenty of time to prepare. Working close to the deadline sucks!

This weekend promises to be "unique." My hope is that all of its uniqueness will be good stuff. Fingers crossed.
