Apparently, the panic button!
Yesterday afternoon, I had the dullest day at work. Having finished everything for the "move-move-move! Now-now-now!" projects du jour, I am in a hurry-up-n-wait mode. Today I expected to be duller than a conversation with a Knight about the finer points of blocking a rap-shot.
When I GOT to work, they were in the midst of the second evacuation of the day. Apparently, some alarm went off, and it was crazy-time. My boss it out today, and I'm his backup. Because Murphy's Law works this way, not one but two BIZARRE weird things happened shortly after getting into the building where I had to immediately react.
You'd think I wouldn't tempt fate by letting the Gods know that I am bored and need more excitement.
