Mondays suck

I am feeling so grumpy this morning. Very sharp temper and very easily annoyed. I hate Monday mornings! Perhaps I should keep my office door closed.
I can't complain about the weekend, as it was really awesome. Friday night, Giles and I went to see "A View from a Bridge." I didn't know much about it and didn't have much in terms of expectations. It had to be one of the finest plays I have ever seen. The play itself was great, but the actors were PHENOMENAL. As my husbear said through the tears, "That was an extremely moving play!"
Saturday was a day of domestic bliss - cleaning, gardening, and cooking. Saturday night with friends was just wonderous.
Sunday - ahhhhhh, Sunday. A day of slugging and a movie. We FINALLY saw Star Wars. At last, a good one. I was so disappointed with the other two. It was good to finally see a good one.

Date: 2005-06-20 05:47 pm (UTC)I'm glad the play was good. I promised my niece (she's going to school right now in the Theatre program at USC) that we were going to support theatre in the area more, but we haven't made much of a go of it yet (though I have seen a number of productions at USC over the last few years).
"Star Wars".......feh. Okay, so it was better than the first 2 of this series. That's not saying much (and I got to see if for free before it opened).
