Frisco... here I come!

Yeah! One more day, and we'll be gettin' frisky in Frisco! Can't wait!

This morning, I woke up to a moist and crisp morning. Yeah! Fall is here! Let's hope it stays. It has been the strangest year, weather-wise. I welcome the fall, and all of the wonders that it brings.

Not much to report today. It has been a very nice and calm week after surviving GWW. Last night, my husbear and I sat on the couch watching some brainless TV. At one point, we flipped on "Miami Ink" to watch people getting tattoo'ed. Don't ask my why, but Giles is fascinated by it. One woman came in to choose a design to represent her deceased fiance'. Hypotheticly, I asked my honey what he would choose to tattoo if anything ever happened to me. He said, "A broken heart." I almost cried on the spot. How sweeeet!

So gang... just for the hell of it, let's say Giles decided to get a tattoo. What should he get? And where?

Miami Ink is the best of the "reality" shows in my opinion. They concentrate on the art and the stories behind the ink, not the drama in the shop. Giles has good taste in bad tv :)

As for designs... I can't even begin to try and tell someone what they could get, let alone what they should get. Ink is so personal, that something I may find highly appropriate may not be seen by others as even remotely fitting.

Tattoos are like pets. You don't choose them, they choose you.

I am real partial to the tribal tattoos that go around the upper arm. Some of them look like a crown of thorns though if they are too skinny. I love tattoos on guys and got my ex a tribal armband for his birthday.

Giles needs a tattoo

Emperor Norton issued a stern edict in 1872:

Whoever after due and proper warning shall be heard to utter the abominable word "Frisco", which has no linguistic or other warrant, shall be deemed guilty of a High Misdemeanor, and shall pay into the Imperial Treasury as penalty the sum of twenty-five dollars.
