New term - Evalanche

Ever been in one of those situations where you spend two days very carefully drafting an email that you just KNOW is going to generate controversy? As you get ready to hit send, you just know that your email is about to get swamped with comments about what you just sent. In thinking about this flurry of electronic traffic, I thought of a new term - "E-valanche."

Oh, all the time. I do the communications for HR, so any new policy or benefit that comes out, I send an email out to notify employees. Depending how controversial the message is, I can expect a large influx of responses with questions.

Cute... altho usually when one takes two days to draft an email it isn't usually too controversial. Usually it's the email you send that you thought 2 seconds about :P
