Good news n' Bad news

The good news.  After being the last one picked, and the last one dismissed, I do NOT have to sit on a jury for the next three days!

The bad news.  That means I have to go back to work.

Your department sucks. When I was at the County, I had Jury Duty twice. Both times I was done at noon, and went home for the day. WITH full knowledge and appproval of my supervisors.

Don't tell them that you didn't do a full day, then go home.

Or not......

There has got to be SOME benefit to government work.

jury duty

Weirdo coincidence, I too had jury duty. It was to be a 9 day construction trial. I was chosen to serve, but as the goddess would have it, i was excused because I am going to the cape a week from tomorrow!

But, really bro, how weird is that?
