I will post about our adventures at Gulf War and New Orleans soon... really!  But in the meantime, a fun question.

100 years from now, somebody somewhere finds something that either belonged to you, was made by you, or has something important to do with you.  What do you want it to be, and why?

I think 100 years from now the thing I'd like to still be around would be my writings. My LJ, my personal writings, and my old diary. If there is anything in this world that says "who was Phil" it would be the things I've written in life.

The replica (of one that has been in my BIL's family since WWI) christening gown I made for my nephew's christening. It is dated and on the underskirt are embroidered the names and birthdates of each of the family children who have worn it since (and hopefully they're keeping this up...)

Anything that could possibly represent my life with my husband. This last month especially has given me new insight into what unconditional love and support is. Life has been difficult and at times impossible to manage, and somehow he has helped me gain the strength I need to keep moving forward. I guess the best representation of that would be our Wedding Bands found together.

Sloppy and trite, but without him I would not be who I am today.

I am my own person, but he has helped me gain the strenght to be just that.

Well, it's going to really confuse them if I were buried with my sword and they find the titanium cage around my spine . . .

The East has the option to use blue instead of the Green or Yellow.

I know that each kingdom has there own use of it. In the East the Blue can be used at the discretion of the Peer. Mine will be blue with my Peers device on it.

One of my novels. Either Cool Mint Blue, Melba Ridge, or The Adventures of Homosexual Man and Lesbian Ladd. It would be great to think my novel is being read 100 years from now.

I'd love to write a technical book on the silly, stupid things everyone does, that nobody in our society has to define because, well, everybody know how to do that. This way, when the years pass and they wonder how we did something, they'll know.
